PB Cookie Parfait

Indulge in the irresistible layers of creamy peanut butter, chocolate ganache, and crushed peanut butter cookies in this delightful PB Cookie Parfait.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup crushed peanut butter cookies
• 1 cup chocolate ganache
• 1 cup whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

Creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth

Mix heavy cream and vanilla extract in a different bowl

Whip them together until stiff peaks form

Add the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and mix it well

Put peanut butter cookies that have been crushed, peanut butter cream mixture, and chocolate ganache in serving glasses

Add more layers until the glasses are full, and top it all off with whipped cream

Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours so they can set

Add chocolate shavings as a garnish before serving
