Kir Royale Sherbet



A delightful cocktail that combines the effervescence of champagne with the sweetness of raspberry sorbet and the rich flavor of crème de cassis.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • 1 cup of crme de cassis
  • 1 cup of raspberry sorbet
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

Freeze champagne flutes for about ten minutes to cool them down

Put a small amount of raspberry sorbet in each flute

Add a little crme de cassis to the sorbet

Put champagne that has been chilled in the flute

Put fresh raspberries and mint leaves on top

Serve right away and enjoy!
