Strawberry-Beet Kvass Smoothie
You can enjoy a healthy smoothie with lots of probiotics that is made with fresh strawberries, beets, coconut milk, and water kefir. This smoothie fits the Paleo, AIP, and GAPS diets and tastes great. It's also very good for you.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water kefir probiotic
- 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
- Ice cubes optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Using a blender, blend the fresh strawberries and chopped beets
Put the water kefir and coconut milk in the blender
You can add honey to taste if you want it to be sweeter
Blend everything together until it's smooth and well mixed
You can blend it again after adding a few ice cubes if it's too thick
Put the smoothie in a glass, and if you want, top it off with fresh mint leaves
Serve right away and enjoy the tasty Strawberry-Beet Kvass Smoothie that is full of probiotics!
